CleanHandoff runs entirely in your browser. There's no account and no CleanHandoff server that stores your data.
- Jobs, photos, checklists, notes and your logo are saved in your browser's storage on your device. We don't receive them.
- PDFs and backups are created on your device. You decide who you send them to.
- Photos may contain location data from your camera. Backups keep original photos; don't send backups to clients.
- The app keeps a local record of which steps were used and any errors, without job names, addresses, notes or images. It stays in your browser unless you download it from the diagnostics page and send it to us yourself.
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request logs (such as IP address) to deliver the pages.
- Clearing your browser's site data deletes everything stored by CleanHandoff on that device.
