This policy explains how Insights, an app by First Rise (“we”), collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Information we collect

• Account: username, password (stored hashed / irreversible), display name (optional), and device identifiers used for login security.
• Usage: tasks you pick, feedback you submit, and your in-app growth world progress.
• Diagnostics: anonymized usage events (an in-app user id, session info, screens viewed, app version, device platform) used for debugging and improving the experience.

2. What we do not collect

• No IP address or precise location.
• No advertising identifiers; no third-party ad / tracking SDKs.
• No access to contacts; no access to photos / camera without your explicit action.

3. How we use it

• To provide and maintain core features (account, recommendations, feedback, growth world).
• To debug and improve the product.
• We do not sell your data and do not use it for ad profiling.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored on our servers (managed services in the Singapore region). Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

5. Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your account and related data by emailing support@firstriseai.com.

6. Children

This app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top of this page will reflect changes.

• 不收集 IP 地址、精确地理位置。
• 不收集广告标识符，不接入任何第三方广告 / 追踪 SDK。
• 不读取通讯录；不在未经你主动操作的情况下访问相册 / 相机。

3. 信息如何使用

• 提供与维护应用的核心功能（账户、任务推荐、反馈、成长世界）。
• 排查问题与改进产品。
• 我们不会出售你的数据，也不会用于广告画像。

4. 存储与安全

数据存储在我们的服务器上（位于新加坡区域的托管服务）。密码以单向哈希存储。我们采取合理的技术与管理措施保护你的数据。

5. 你的权利

你可以请求查看或删除你的账户与相关数据。请发邮件至 support@firstriseai.com，我们会在合理时间内处理。

6. 儿童

本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集其个人信息。
